Restate provides a property listing and brokerage platform for Delhi NCR. We connect property owners with potential tenants and buyers through our digital platform.
2. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information during registration. Phone OTP verification is required. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
3. Property Listings
All property listings are verified by our team. Property details including pricing, availability, and features are provided by property owners and verified to the best of our ability.
4. Brokerage Fees
Brokerage fees are applicable as per the agreement between the broker and the client. Fee structure will be communicated transparently before any transaction.
5. Privacy & Documents
Documents uploaded to our platform are encrypted and stored securely. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We comply with all applicable data protection regulations.
6. Visit Scheduling
Property visits are scheduled based on mutual availability. Users must honor their scheduled visits or cancel at least 2 hours in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Restate acts as a facilitator between property owners and seekers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of all property details and recommend independent verification before transactions.
